Talavera Decor & More commits to providing exceptional customer service. We inspect every product thoroughly before packaging. Products are handmade so they may have imperfections indicative of a handcrafted nature. Website pictures may not reflect the actual item due to digital photography, lighting, or other variables. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a maximum of 10 days to return the item. You will have to ship the item back to us at your own expense. The item must be in the same condition as it was received. You will receive a full refund of your purchase NOT INCLUDING the shipping cost. Before returning the item, please give us a call at 956-429-9737, or email us (talaveradecorandmore@hotmail.com) to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). If the item gets damaged during shipping, the refund will be denied.

If you refuse delivery of your item, you will be charged shipping costs both ways.

Damaged or Broken Items

If applicable, all visible damage to the package and merchandise should be noted with the carrier representative at the time of delivery. Please save the broken item(s) and its packaging as they were received in case this is needed by the carrier while processing the shipping claim. We will replace the item(s) or credit you for your loss if you meet the specifications above.

Incorrect Items

Please open your package(s) immediately upon delivery. If you find the wrong merchandise, please contact us via email (talaveradecorandmore@hotmail.com) or phone number at 956-429-9737 within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Loss in Shipping

If a package is lost or doesn't arrive, let us know immediately. We will help you trace your package. If it is not recoverable, we will help you by processing a claim to replace or refund the order.

Undeliverable or Incorrect Shipping Address

If the address provided by you is incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable by the carrier it will be returned to us at your expense. You will have to pay any shipping cost to resend the package to the correct address as well as the return shipping cost back to us. If you choose not to resend the order, your refund will be minus any outstanding shipping costs.
